Our Leadership Training programs are designed to help you become the leader you were meant to be. Through real-world scenarios, strategic challenges, and a guided progression, you will sharpen your decision-making, elevate your influence, and master essential leadership skills. This comprehensive training is built on a proven system for real-world success, helping you command trust, inspire action, and lead with clarity in any environment. Small Groups (2-4) 90 minutes per session Medium Groups (5-7) 2 hours per session Large Groups (8-15) 2,5 hours per session

Cancellation Policy

UPOS Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing UPOS for your performance coaching and leadership training. Please review the following policies before booking your session. 1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid in advance to confirm your appointment. For corporate & group training, final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the session. For larger corporate bookings (16+ participants), pricing and scheduling are customized—please contact us directly. 2. Free Introductory Consultation Clients may book one free 30-minute consultation. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed free consultations cannot be rescheduled. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations For Individual & Group Coaching: Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows are non-refundable. For Corporate Leadership Training & Large Group Sessions: Reschedule at least 1 week in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. If a company needs to adjust the number of participants, they must provide notice 72 hours before the session. 4. Late Arrival Policy Sessions start on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or extended. Group and corporate sessions will begin at the scheduled time, even if some participants are late. 5. Refunds & Credits Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the allowed time frame. If a session is missed due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a full credit to reschedule. 6.
